Journey to the Almighty

It's been a while since the last release of a numbered Dragon Quest sequel. While I knew that sooner or later the next Dragon Quest was going to be made, Square-Enix dropped the bombshell when they released the trailer of the eventual 9th installment, however nobody foresaw that the game would be release on the DS instead of a home console!

Now 3-4 years later, the ninth game has finally dropped to our shores whith plenty of hype, enthusiasm and the surprise that Nintendo published it, not Square-Enix. Despite it all, I am thoroughly enjoying it as we speak, and it's been a while since I last bought a lengthy RPG for my portable system. I also happened to pick up Arc Rise Fantasia as well so my hands are full with some RPG lovin, in and out of my house.
